I'm interested. How many laps and how fast? Can we do a victory burnout?

Normally it's 3 laps. But as a group, we get 4 laps. The speed is 85+ with the thrill of driving the high banks. You can have your picture taken with your car after laps in Victory Lane

Can we count you in?

July never works for me....bad month. I never plan anything in July any more. I will be shooting for Chicago run sometime in May though. I would love to get down to TX for this run. I could never get enough time to drive down, but flying is an option.

I would be glad to pick you up at the airport Doc! And while my wife will be my navigator around the track , I'm sure there will be many with an open passenger seat. Maybe even StevE55 with his BIG V8.

That would be great. I need to get out and play more. All this work is getting old again. I will see as the time gets closer. I have finally been saying no to work. Before I didn't have a choice. Management has changed a bit allowing me a little freedom now. The cars and time won't let me bring them down there. I don't trust them for one thing. Roadster had some hiccups with the alarm last time out, and the coupe is getting a gear change which may or may not be good on a road trip...lol

Welcome Scott! Congrats on your new roadster. I think you'll find this event to be a blast just as others do that make the drive annually from south Texas and Oklahoma.

Scott, really looking forward to meeting you. I have attended all of the TMS events EXCEPT the first, as at that point in time I didn't even know what a Crossfire was. Once I bought my Crossfire and attended this event I would never miss this chance of meeting up with my Crossfire pals for anything. Drive safely, see Ya'll there.

I guess I have enough advanced notice to find a babysitter for this. I am sure my little boy would love going 85+ on those banks, but I am thinking the wife would not agree.

Put Sabrina and I down Mr. Dan!
