Those of us in SC wouldn't necessarily include Rock Hill in the Upstate, even though it borders the area. But you didn't know that, so it's okay - just shows our trip a little longer than it actually is. 10 or so miles - Whoopee!! I feel refreshed already thinking about it!

Attached route I'll probably take for outbound to Eureka Springs - took this one back in 2015. Shows mileage, stops, and fuel costs (estimate based on MPG & nominal price for premium).

Still a long trip, all things considered. Thanks again for the spreadsheet. Interesting to see the various trips folks are going to take to be part of this week-long event.

Sorry to say I'll have to take my name off list as attendee ..... had mapped out a 2500mi rd trip but car I trusted to make this kind of trip has a mind of its own and more repairs are needed which come first and will eat part of budget for trip. Hope to make fall Dragon without feeling I'll break down. Hoping to get my daily driver back running so can do the local GTG's when they come up for now.

I haven't received any notification from PayPal indicating a return of payment. And I paid for this buffet dinner back on 01/25/2017. I will be on the lookout, though.

 

That explains his issue.

 

It looks like we may have to miss this one. First, we won't have the new SRT roadster as Crumpy needs a new Minivan. We'll be selling or trading it off so we don't have payments.
Secondly our business it tying up our free time and our cash fund for fun.

If we do make it we will be in the NA Roadster with a stick. It is no longer for sale.

To confirm, I just made reservations. I have been waiting for another couple to see if they could go, and they will. These are good friends, (Bob and Bets Bloome). They do not have a Crossfire, they will be in a T-bird. Some of you may remember Bob, he came with me to Fontanna a couple of years ago.
I am already on the list, but you may want to add Bob and Bets.

These arrangements have been made by another local Crossfire owner who we met in 2015 and lives right there in Eureka Springs
The dinner buffet will be held at our host hotel at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening

Currently we only have 12 people who have sent payment and signed up for our pre arranged group dinner at our hotel on Tuesday evening June 27th
With 40 Crossfires now listed as attending, I cant imagine we dont have more of you signed up and sent payments yet.

I was just curious if anyone was doing a stop over in Branson, MO the night before going to Eureka Springs like we did last time? Just thinking ahead for hotel reservations.
