I'd like to announce that arrangements have been made for a group dinner buffet at the Best Western of the Ozarks during our CAA8 Eureka Springs Event
These arrangements have been made by another local Crossfire owner who we met in 2015 and lives right there in Eureka Springs
This will be a great opportunity for our group all together to enjoy dinner right at our host hotel and the Best Western is said to provide a wonderful buffet

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jerry Yester from the Lovin' Spoonfuls is playing at our banquet dinner too
The dinner buffet will be held at our host hotel at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening
The dinner will include the following:

Two Entrees – Southern Fried Chicken and Glazed Ham
Mixed Greens with Assorted Condiments and Dressings, Potato Salad
Three Bean Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Potatoes Au Gratin, Rice Pilaf
Seasoned Green Beans, Whole Kernel Corn, Fresh Wheat Rolls and Butter
We will also have a custom ordered "Crossfire Cake" for desert

The total cost per person including tax and gratuity is $25.00

We can park our Crossfires car show style all week outside the conference center, our hospitality room will be in Conference Center.
We plan to precede dinner beginning at 4:00pm with a Crossfire Car Show in the convention center parking lot at the host hotel.
After dinner there will be live entertainment for those who enjoy music provided by our very own JohnTwoHawks
John and his wife Peggy are residents in Eureka Springs and own a Yellow Crossfire Roadster and discovered all of us back in 2015 at CAA6 while we were in town.
This time they will be able to commit themselves to spending the week with the rest of us and they are also a big part of the planning that is going into this event !!

If you mailed it to Peggy Hill that is fine .
My post was to explain that the check itself should be written payable to: Inn of the Ozarks

 

Sending the payment for the banquet to Peggy Hill via "snail-mail" is the Right thing to do. Making the check out to Peggy Hill is the WRONG thing to do! Valk's latest update (Post #9) is pretty clear now for anyone planning on attending the banquet!

 

And ya GOTTA go to the banquet.

Trust me, it will be the only time we ALL get together all week - with as many people going as there are, this will be the one meal we gather around as one group.

Hello to all attending the upcoming meet in June in Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Currently we only have 12 people who have sent payment and signed up for our pre arranged group dinner at our hotel on Tuesday evening June 27th
With 40 Crossfires now listed as attending, I cant imagine we dont have more of you signed up and sent payments yet.
We hope that everyone attending will participate for this one night of our week together to all share dinner in the same place and even more conveniently at our own hotel
