No, seriously - a higher income can sometimes be a *****!
I thought all you well-to-do Conservative-types never worried about paying your taxes! HAH! Trump's new tax plan should have made your burden much smaller for the New Year & beyond.
I am just fortunate to know someone in that 2-3% that control our democracy!

Says the liberal dem.! I'm pretty certain that NOBODY that will be attending this event wants your political divide B.S. to be a part of it; most everybody is sick of it. Leave politics out of it. You'll probably respond that you were just joking; but WTF are you thinking?

It seems, however, that the CICCI Board of Directors has decided they would rather donate those remaining monies (which of course all came from Crossfire owners) to a charity rather than use it to provide any support for this (or any other) Crossfire event . . . Go figure . . .
While there is plenty I can say about my personal experience with CICCI . . . enough said for here. The Board of Directors is planning to shut down CICCI by the end of February 2018.
Seems really strange that CICCI would disapprove of using the remaining funds to support upcoming major events in 2018. It should be easy for them to allocate those funds to an event leader in 2018 and then provide a posting to all members where & to whom the monies were distributed. That way we know the specific distribution of the monies and which individual is responsible for using the money appropriately for event functions. They could do this all by the deadline they have for closing CICCI in FEB.
As a member of CICCI, I personally object to not having a say in how the remaining funds get disbursed.

I went to Eureka Springs last June, and had a very good time, but... I and my wife invited another couple to go with us (they were in a Thunderbird.) Our time was mostly spent doing what they wanted. Although there were lots of things to do and see, we did not get to spend much time with the Crossfire group. This year we will be just the two of us and we hope to spend more time doing Crossfire things.
Is there a place to get information as to the runs and a schedule of events? This would help a lot, as we are trying to plan what we want to do.
I am really looking forward to June. (This is also my birthday celebration, on the 26th.)

Hi Wayne, Happy to know you're excited to return to Eureka Springs. We're still getting the various "runs" organized . . . We'll be sure to help celebrate your birthday! Looking forward to seeing you there!
