I plan on arriving between 7pm-8pm on Saturday night, stay for a few hours to enjoy the parking lot shenanigan and to see familiar faces!!
Not staying the night but I'll be back Sunday morning for breakfast and to do some shopping.
I still have my V8 and I will be driving it there.

Art Anderson and Scott Wilkins will be in a conference room I reserved to do a presentation for all of us.
This is a fantastic presentation about the Crossfire from its production years with an on screen power point presentation
Art Anderson was nominally the chief engineer and boss for Crossfire during production.
Scott Wilkins was the top program manager and took care of more details.
These 2 men have done 2 presentations for us at Woodward in the past.
We are honored to have Art and Scott come do this for us again.
They can answer many questions you may have as well.
The presentation will begin in the hotel conference room after dinner on Saturday night.
Time will be announced but likely to begin at 8PM.

He mentions this forum near the end of this video talking about this forum which began in 2003,
They followed this forum to see what the people here were saying during the release of the Crossfire.
They understand that we are people who LOVE OUR CROSSFIRES still 20 years after production began !!!

Dinner set for Friday night at Hoops (just 5 minutes north from our host hotel)
They will be ready for us beginning at 5pm.
I'm sure by 6pm most of us will be there.
We have reservations for 45 people and parking for 30 Crossfires.

For all of those Thursday arrivals there is a GTG for dinner at the Moose Preserve Bar and Grill at 6:00 PM. There are no reservations taken for the outside seating, so I'll arrive around 5:30 to grab a bigger table. Please respond, if you plan to attend, that way I can know how many seats to save. Friday you can arrive and enter throughout the day but on Saturday we must enter with all our Crossfires together at the same time and that time is at 8am
This is required to be sure we are all parked together in the park
Also on Saturday only... once you do leave the park you can not re-enter with your car
