Got my car back this morning
I am smiling today...
I picked up my car and not only does it seem like they fixed the problems, but she was all sparkly clean and waiting for me under the awning at the main entrance - like she was the star attraction!
I drove her hard across a bridge this morning while I followed a BMW and went 97 MPH - wow, it felt good. No jerking in low gears and she just felt sturdier in the transmission. Now the test will be to see if there is any hesitation... My fingers are crossed that this took care of it!
And the other neat thing, when she was parked at the dealer, there were 3 other Crossfires parked behind it in a row - I was in the lead, followed by a white coupe, a black coupe and a black Roadster - what a site!
Keep your fingers crossed that I don't have to go back to a dealer any time soon or that I have to call DC again...

Based on the documentation that was given back to me this morning, they replaced the TCM - Transmission Control Module. They also purged all the information in the computer (again) and reset everything like it was a new car. They did find codes that they have never seen before which made them believe that the problem was related to some setting that remained in the computer - hence the purging.
I have a call in to the Service Manager, who is out today, requesting a detailed explanation of what was done so I have a better understanding of what s transpired over the past week that they had it.
