power seats
Hey Doc,
I'm in the process of doing that. It appears that the wiring is there for the power, but not the heat. On my car the fuses are in the fuse box but the relay is not installed. Get relay # 5104857AA, ($26 @ your favorite DCX stealer), it plugs in behind the left hand lower dash ( you'll have to remove the lower dash panel)next to the steering column and you should be good to go.

I don't think you need any special tools.
Just the usual - screwdrivers, maybe torx bits.
Do a search under 'knee bolster' - I attached the service sheet showing the removal of the lower LH dash.

Phillips screwdriver, a plastic wedge to pop out the ac vent and maybe a small socket for the hex head bolts in the keyhole slots underneath...don't recall the size. the small cover right below the steering wheel needs to be removed to expose two more screws.
