First Snow Storm of the Season and no Bun Warmer
You are getting the snow in Seattle, and we are just getting the rain in Chicago at the end of November.
Something’s wrong with this picture, but I like it.

We had more rain ever recorded in a month in Nov. Floods, homes off foundations, pure hell...then we get the unexpected snow storm during rush hour and some people were stuck on I5 for over 15 hours...cars abandoned on side streets, pure ice, and plunging temps...
We didn't have school today and they just closed again tomorrow...at this rate, we won't get out for summer until the 4th of July! (June in Seattle is usually rainy and cool).
Palm Springs sounds very inviting!!!
Didn't take my car in tonight, as scheduled for the heated seat issue...had to reschedule for next Monday...suppose to be in the mid 40's...a freaking heat wave!

Sorry, it was there for the taking.
Sunny and warm here in Connecticut!!! We may finally see Winter by next week, but it's been nice not worrying about snow so far...
I read this morning about an 8 hour commute, home from work, because of snow and black ice in Seattle. Keep yourself and that Crossfire safe and be careful.
After 5 hours commuting 6 miles my wife called and said she couldn't get he Magnum to move any further. Took the Ram out and helped her get it moving again. She was only 1 mile from home, but that last hill was too slippery so we left her car at the supermarket.
I felt bad leaving the others stranded, but there are lots of reports about people being rescued because they went out and tried to rescue other.
I saw the coolest rescue vehicle ever, a Hummer with all four tires chained up! It came swooping down the sheet of ice, turned around, and towed a full sized 70's van off.

OK, I have a BIIIG MOUTH.
Now we are getting pounded by over 1 ft. of snow.
Oh well, my XF is in the garage under a cover.
I just want to make sure I have this right.
The seatback AND butt part should get warm when I turn on the warmers? Because (on the drivers side anyway) only the seatback warms up.

On a related note - my seat heaters don't work - but now I think I have a bigger problem - I will have to schedule an appointment to have it looked at - You will not believe this, the last few days have been extremely cold here in dallas, tx. (20-30 degrees) I went out to my car today to come to work and the entire way here the a/c - heater did not work at all - I mean nothing was blowing out of the vents - nothing - it was awful, considering it was like 25 degrees outside - does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks -

Take care and bundle up. We are in the mid 40's and this is our first day back to school since the storm hit Monday. Working two days a week isn't too shabby!
Well, I decided to work from my home office today (given the weather). I went out at noon, started the snow blower and clear my driveway. The streets are clean by now. It makes it a bit easier when it this happens during the weekend.

It was a balmy 20 this morning, -20c (-1f).
Sandgrounder: normally, it's not that cold around here in dallas,tx.- it went from 80 degrees during the day to 20 degrees that night- strange weather- anyway the temp gauge showed 27 degrees hat morning and the windshield wipers/fliud worked fine. Since then, actually that afternoon after it warmed up a bit, I went out to the car and the air/heater has been working fine since- so, I will check out the the things you said- anti-freeze or maybe some water froze up somehwere and blocked something- it actually wasn't that cold here, now that I'm comparing it to where you live!
I got my car back...only took one day and the seat looks great...and my "toosh" is toasty once more! I have to applaud my dealership. They have been great working with my car and nothing but professional in getting it back to me in a timely manner...
Hopefully, I won't be needing to pay them any more visits for a good long while!!

Glad you are back in business. I have a good dealer also. I guess it depends on where you are and how many Crossfires they carried and sold. I'm in an area where they sold quite a few, even to the point of buying them from other dealers in less popular areas. Is the snow gone yet ???
Yes, the snow is a thing of the past...and chances are, we won't have anymore! I'm fine with that. It's warmed to the mid 40's and for the past several days, it's clear and sunny! No complaints from this golfergal!
