Ben maybe my response was a little heavy handed and I apologize to you. All I'm saying is to the people that own yellow Crossfires it might not be a nice thing to say. If you have a few people here that own yellow Crossfires and are turned off by that comment and everyone else jumps on the bandwagon they may not come back here, you end up feeling like its a place where a few people decide what the forum likes. Maybe there's a better way to say things?

aero blue is nifty too!! this is the funniest thread. so much passion on both sides. i personally think the yellow is a classy yellow for the xfire, not too loud...subtle and just right. i haven't actually seen any color xfire i didn't like. they are ALL beautiful to me as are the people driving them!! this forum is the best, i couldn't miss a day reading your thoughts!! toodles.

 

I ask that you re-read my original post, because IF you read it, I dare say you glossed over what I wrote. NO disrespect was
ever intended and it was information only. Oh, and yes, I did say I didn't care for the Crossfire yellow... how rude of me to
say I didn't like something.

You ask what was the point??? Again, refer back to the original post... it said I came across a thread in a Prowler forum
(fellow car enthusiasts) and thought it might interest some of the car people here as to what others thought of our cars and
the yellow being used on the roadster.

I NEVER would of imagined there were so many people here that COULD NOT handle what others are saying about the Crossfire
and the yellow roadster. If you thought the Prowler thread is bad, I invite you to look around the MB and other car forums and see
what they have to say... you won't like it either.

I'm done with this thread and the narrow mindness that has been displayed here. Yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion... but to
bash someone and ask what the point of a post is because you do not agree with it, or were offended by a different point of
view... that's absurd.

WAIT!!! I have a solution for my disbelief and obvious lack of PC about the reaction to this thread. I'm going to put on some
rose colored glasses and a long pink robe, find a street corner and sing Kum Ba Yah all day long so I won't have a clue as to what
is really going on in the world around me.

Guess we can look at it another way - we get enough bashing from non-Crossfire owners that we don't like it when it comes from our extended Crossfire family.

Recommendation? The next time, post any thread about another car or from another forum under Other Cars and the backlash won't be this bad.

 

You should have left it at your opinion...or better yet, start a poll for of one's favorite color of Crossfire. IMO... I find it amusing that we're the ones being all "sensitive" and clueless about what other's think of our cars instead of you being insensitive in posting the rude, classless posts that bash our cars.

Excuse me while I go and clean my rose-colored glasses and marvel in the drive, looks, and color of my beautiful Crossfire. If that makes me delusional, then so be it!
