While I prefer Goldwing's use of the space; I built myself a tire repair kit (plugs, tools, gloves) and stash it in a plastic container in that space, works great. Just another thought, still prefer the bottle of booze idea.
Ben thinkin about it. has some insulating value, think I'll turn it into a cooler for the cheap U.S. booze I get when I cross the boarder back to Canada, better be a small bottle...
I own a European XF so I don't know if it's for all XF's...
The place under the carpet on the right was empty, but I've put my board documents in it so my glovebox is empty and ready for use by my wife.
The emplacement of the fire extinguisher, at the front of my driving seat was bothering me. Everytime I entered the car I almost always hit the extinguisher with my foot.
So I removed the First Aid Kit in the trunk, unscrewed the extinguisher and placed it where the FAK was.
The FAK itself I've put in the little net behind my seat...
grtz all
