Default In search of a Mesh Windscreen

I love this car; however I would like to limit the backdraft, does anyone know of a manufacture of a fabricator for the Mesh Windscreen?

Thanks,
Glenn

Glenn, I don't know of a mesh screen fabricator, but if you're interested in a clear one, here's a link to the fabricator of the windrestrictor. It's a very nice product, and you can even get it with the XF name or a anything of your choice. This guy offers the forum members a 10% discount.

I've had the Chrysler Crossfire windscreen for over a year. It fits very well (I did NOT install the lower mount because I did not want to put screws into the rear plastic trim) and does a decent job. Not as good as I expected, and works best when the windows are also up.

There's probably cheaper products and home-made stuff available, if you read through the forum.

You could have used Velcro to mount the bottom bracket/channel.

Call or go to the above web site. I bought two from them. They were custom laser engraved and work very well. I can hear out of my right ear again. And can even talk on my cell. That is if I am going less than 90 mph.

The older SLKs had a mesh windscreen. I was very satisfied with it. Wonder if it would fit the XF?
