IMHO, I think they should have re-balanced. Neither a tire nor a rim are perfectly in balance. A spin balance will compensate for the combined imbalance of the pair. Unless they re-mounted the tire in EXACTLY the same spot, the combined imbalance has moved.

Yes I second that, have tire rebalanced after repair.
