I HAVE A 2005 LIMITED WITH 25,000 MILES AND I HAVE LOST MY HIGH BEAMS. i HAVE LOST THE BLUE INDICATOR AND THE LIGHTS DO NOT GO INTO HIGH BEAM. THE DEALER HAS ORDERED ME THE SWITCH AND A NODULE. HE TOLD ME THEY WERE ONLY GOING TO CHARGE ME $100 AND THAT WAS IT, BECAUSE THE CAR IS OUT OF WARRENTY...

 

This might sound silly, but did they check to make sure both bulbs were not burned out ? My car had only 16 mi. when I bought and the low beams did not work. Took it in under warranty, and BOTH low beam lamps were burned out. Both were replaced and have never had any issues.

 

just to let you know my high beams did go out and they replaced the multi function switch and it works perfect now. but yeah i had the same symptoms as you. the blue light doesnt light up and the high beams dont light up either. but when they replaced it it works perfect now!
