You can often find two on the ground about 10 feet apart, the car in between having completely rusted away.

A large proportion of your oil comes from Canada, so do not upset us, or you might be walking.
Under that snow and ice is a lot of oil and gas, we heat our igloos with it, in the summer we get to use less of it when it gets above freezing. Up here the Xfire comes with snow tires and chains as standard equipment. We just take the chains of in the summer, makes the car quieter, we like that. We like the heated rear window, warms your hands when you push it to start on really cold days.

it is your car put what you want on it or just leave the dealer's name on and call it that,, to me it should have revised the AMX name being Chrysler bought AMC for the jeep but will not let any one use the amx logo try to get a t-shirt made at a car show or t-shirt store ,,with amx written on it ,,,you can't , the only way is do it your self,,I did. jim

I really enjoy these threads...they are almost as good as the political threads....I am going to leave mine alone...cause, in a few years, when all our cars are Japanese, or German...they will say...Chysler...who is that??? Was that a classic...

If I'm not mistaken, in 2005 you could have bought a SLK 350 for a few thousand less than an SRT6,which is probably why the status heads didn't cough up the bucks for the thing that said Chrysler all over it. I'll bet they really get pissed when an art deco future collectible with Mercedes badges all over it blows their doors off.
When I bought my SRT6 last june my girlfriend always got on my case when I told people that my new ride was actually a Mercedes SLK 32 with a Karmann body. I guess she thought I was trying to impress people. I finally said to her "honey if I was trying to impress people I wouldn't tell them that it's a three year old model that I bought for $27,500". She then understood that the car has a story and that I had to tell that story. Bodges? Ya! I'm puttin' stinkin bodges all over the thing!
