I use my roaster everyday so there's no need to cover it up. It makes great toast!

Sorry, I don't know anything about car covers.

I am using a budget cover from Walmart and it has lasted since 5/2005. I use it regularly, but only in the garage. I even purchased a second one for my Audi which I stored in my garage for the summer. My recommendation is get a cheapee (they cost around $40) and replace it every few years if necessary.

Or, buy a custom fit, branded cover for $200 and impress the neighbors.

Got mine "custom fitted" from covercraft...we just went through Hurricane Gustav with 90+ mph winds and it stayed on tight as a glove. I'm really happy with it...

My recommendation would be to try to get a fitted one so the rubbing (wind) does not damage the paint. Light weight is usually best.
