Default Reinstall cup holder

I'm a newbie and glad I found so many with a similar love interest. Here's my prob. While a tractor trailer truck was changing lanes and forcing me off the fast lane toward the concrete barrier on the beltway in DC, I knocked my cup holder completely out of the console. Quick maneuvering saved me and my play thing, and thankfully the cup holder didn't break either. I can easily see how to reinstall the cup holder, but cannot figure out how to reinstall the spring that 'springs' it back up. Can anyone help with this one? Thanks!

Easy fix. Just use the search function for any questions that you may have.

I did it for ya and found this link under a search for cupholder + spring.

https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...pholder+spring

Have fun fixin' it (sure you just don't want to glue it shut???).

yes, but like everyone else, it probably won't last. Everything works on my car and I'd like to keep it that way. I just can't figure out how to reinstall the spring onto the cup holder to put it back.

Thanks! I'll try it out. I'll use the search function more in the future. Really appreciate it........
