Default SLK Roll bars??

I searched and found that some have had there roll bars chromed.
Has anyone ever replaced then with Mercedes Benz SLK R170 W170 ROLL BARS.
Looking on EBAY I can buy the SS chromed for about the same as getting
mine done. The Crossfire looks like it has 2 more mounting tabs at the top?
Any feedback or help. Thanks.

I have installed them in my COUPE, PITA it was nothing but trouble they do not just slide in the like they would on an SLK, you have to cut them do a little bit of welding and then trimm the back pannel yourself. As far as the roadster goes they just drop right in and bolt up behind the carpet. Look great IMO. Anyway just for fun here is MI's car again lol soo clean
