A dealer near me has a Bright Silver Coupe and Roadster, Brand New. I don't like it. It doesn't show off the details of the car very well.

If I was to change the color of the accents on the Bright Silver one.....what color do you think would work? You wouldn't want to go all the way black......

Anybody ever see a Maserati Quattroporte in the Blue Oceano color in person.......man, in person that color is fabulous........I'd love to repaint one of these XFires that color someday!

Saw one about two months ago on Georgia Avenue in Olney and it was beautiful. Caught my eye but then again do they really make an ugly Crossfire? Nah.

The monochrome look was main reason I chose the silver, I didn't care for the silver painted windshield surrounds against the other metallic body colors as much.

So there!

If anyone want to see a good picture of a silver Limited Roadster you can check out www.cars.com. where Bonham Chrysler has a 2008 listed for sale.

I've got a true silver 2007 Crossfire with grey two tone interior. It's pretty close in colour to the classic Mercedes silver. Here she is all polished up. Photos taken at dusk so this looks a little darker than it actually is. (Click to enlarge...I think).

One thing I've noticed about my silver coupe vs my machine grey (very dark) coupe.....you get a shadow effect on the body shape details.....that you never see on the darker colors....kinda makes up for the monochrome effect .......note the effect just above the strakes & above the rear wheel arch...

I like the monochrome effect...for the same reason that I bought a base coupe - it looks less glitzy.

The wife still thinks Wilma is "her" car.....of the 1,800 miles on the odometer she's put maybe 100 on there. Yesterday, in order to keep her thinking that, I said...."Honey, you mind if I drive Wilma to work for a change...instead of Fred?".....

How many miles you got on your $17K - 08 now Brad? You made a top speed run yet? I just can't bring myself to drive Wilma the way I do Fred????
