Well my Roadster was totalled last night in a losing battle with a lifted Jeep Wrangler. Other driver at fault. The safety of these cars is just incredible. Anyone who saw the wreck would not believe I walked away.

Can't keep a good man down, though, already looking for a replacement black roadster. Got a 2007 still new on the lot in the crosshairs, we'll see how it goes.

I'm with Crossfire Kelly, if it were me.......the other driver would be lucky to walk away.

 

It was a high school kid, nice kid and he was really shaken up. Stuff happens, you know. I am so fortunate not to be seriously injured that it's hard for me to be angry about the vehicle. Sounds like I may come out with a new Crossfire anyway.

then i realize that it's really wrong of me to do so, but i can't help it!!!

It was 10:30 last night and I was too shaken up to get pics, but I planned to stop by the body shop this evening and take some.

We have been totaling these cars left & right lately. Is this the 4th or 5th this MONTH?!?! I almost rear ended a Aero Blue Roadster today on my way to lunch (not in my XF). I was zoned out driving thinking "thats a pretty car in front of me ...... oh, its a Crossfire ..... how funny that it pulled my out of my daydream - CRAP! Don't hit it!!!" I don't know if the driver even noticed how I missed him by inches, but if he is on the forum ... oops, my bad!! Aero Roadster NA in Winter Park .... sorry dude, but nice ride!

Glad you didn't get hurt. You are right about what these cars can take in an accident. Another guy here on .org lost his about three weeks ago. the car flipped and hit a tree, about the only part of the car that isn't smashed is the passenger area. Glad we have safe car and good luck with your car search.

Glad you are all right! THis may just work out as a blessing in disguise and you can get an SRT or ride with less miles! But I feel for you cuz you gonna miss your baby!
