New forum member & Crossfire question
Hi: I enjoy the forum a lot and it has been helpful since I purchased a 05 Crossfire Limited this week. When I purchased the car at a new car dealership (not Chrysler) the GM who used to work for Chrysler informed me that I should never take my Crossfire to a shop that used the four legs that go up under your frame to lift your car. He said this could tweak my frame. I should only use the drive on type lifts and of course his dealership has one of these. Is there any truth to this as a lot of shops only have the frame type lifts. Thanks. Tom

I use the 4 leg type all the time,, so does the Chry. dealer i go to ,,,look under your car you will see the PADS where the car can be lifred,, if that were true every body that every jacked up one tire would be riding on 3 wheels,, Tweak one off the ground. jim

As long as it is an XF, the color is secondary
