Default Carcapsule

Will be putting baby in storage in a few weeks. Not sure she will like the -40 we can get in winter here.

Going through the forum I read about the mice problem and other critters.
Anyone using the Carcapsule??

Your opinions pls.

LOL, When I saw "car capsule" in your title, I thought you were going to bury it in a time capsule and dig it up in 50 years! How about a nice car cover and some mice traps?

I can see where that would be misleading. At 65 years old , in 50 years I can see others having done the digging on me.

Forum member Mr F was going to purchase a Carcapsule system but I never found a return on how it turned out.

Just looking for different ideas.

I want to know what others think too. I am looking for ways to store cars and I am wondering if this is safe and if it will work.

Make sure you cover your air intakes and muffler tips! Several members have complained about mice and other critters living in these areas causing the owners to have a dead XF in the spring due to lack of airflow!

I have a friend who uses Carcapsules for his two collecter MBs. He recommends them.
Personally, I just use a cover at the moment.

In SoCal we have a cover layer to protect our cars from a "harsh" winter, it's called smog! LOL

Change the oil, add Stabil, float charger, and cover. Good idea to cover the exhaust. But if you put a few sticky boards along the walls (where mice like to run) and some mothballs under the car, you should be fine.
