Default Route 250 West Va

Has anyone taken Route 250 from I-79 in WV over to I-81 in VA?
Will be heading to the Dragon via Fairmont WV over to I-81 and down thru to Ashville NC,stopping in SC first before going to Fontana.
Thanks..

Never been on that route.

Looking at the map, it looks real interesting.

I say go for it

i drive through there all the time, to me all interstates look about the same. that part of wv is not really in the mountains but there area few small ones and some curves.

for nice curves take the highway through elkins and into va that way. those roads should be as good as the dragon, nothing but curves and mountains for over 150 miles.

I have been on most of it, but not in the Crossfire. Great road for driving if you aren't in a hurry.
