Wind Screen Deflector
Hi all,
Just got my 2008 Crossfire Roadster Ltd. Wed. night.
Love her. She is a female ........... trust me!
Going to order a windscreen from the States (I am in Lindsay, ON Canada) with wording and lightening, I know. Was just going to do the plain plexi glass and the other half said you have to do it right.
Love my car.

Have you considered the mesh wind screen?
They work much better than the solid plastic ones and look great!

It was for a SLK 320.
I have not seen it again, I check XF for parts & MB too.
It was a Windblokker I think, I will try to find some paperwork.
It fit in the hooks behind the seats, on cutting/drilling.
and, how pleased are you with how it works? Does it do a good job?
We are looking for an effective windscreen, that fits the XF styling and a reasonable budget.

I gotta admit that's the best looking windscreen I've seen. And at $59, you got a steal. Since it was originally made for a MB, I would guess the original price was at least $400-500.

I've used a couple mesh windscreen, but they always rip in my personal experience. The $59 product looks good, but I wouldn't trust is in my opinion. Not on my car. I would rather pay the extra money for a decent windscreen that I know will last a while. My windblox has a lifetime warranty, so I'll stick with that. Works better, anyway. Inferno, have you used lexan before?

I've never had a problem with it ripping either. Mine is over two years old and looks as good as the day I installed it. The manufacture also makes the OEM mesh wind screens for Lexus.

Got my new windrestrictor and had it wired in yesterday. Had it etched with Crossfire & Roadster, wired directly into the car, with the parking lights it comes on low, but when I put the brake on it comes on full brightness.
Lovin it already.
