I just recently purchased a '05 Convertable. This afternoon I noticed an '05 on ebay with a fender badge mine does not have. It says Karmann. Just wondering if that was an owner ad-on or what. Also, I can not seem to get the low tire pressure light to go off even though I have inflated all four tires to the recomended pressure. My wife drives this car and absoutely loves it (and the attention it gathers).

 

Welcome to the forum, the Karman badges are add on. As far as TPM one of the sensor might not be working if you have after market rims make sure the TPM's were reinstalled.

 

also if the tires have been just replaced, they may have the wrong wheel for the tpm sensor pic-up, and may just need recalibrating to the car, or if there was a complete wheel swap, the sensors may not be matched up to recievers. make sure you have all the same syle valve assemblies and retaing nuts on your wheels, you should see a nut type retainter holding the valve together, not a regular stem valve, if all looks good I would say bad tpm sensor for wheel.

 

Also they are battery operated and do go bad.
