Underbody clunk on shutoff but only when the clutch is not depressed and not in gear?

Underbody clunk on shutoff but only when the clutch is not depressed and not in gear?
Hi to all Im new to the forum and XF ownership. I love my XF more everyday!! I have a 2007 XF Roadster with 32k miles and when you shut it off without being in gear or the clutch depressed a loud clu-clunk sounds like it comes from the passenger side? If the clutch is depressed when the ignition is switched off no clunk? I searched for clunks..noises etc. and found only one reference to this issue in an old unrelated thread. Any ideas would be great. Thanks..C
