Default Looking to buy, Oyster Gold Roadster

I am looking for an Oyster Gold Roadster. Please pm me if you have one for sale. I also have a question for the group. So far I have looked at 2 cars. Both had the Cedar and Tan interior. I don't want to offend anyone but that pink steering wheel makes me want to throw up. Was this the only interior option available with the Gold Roadster? Has anyone seen one with another interior? Thanks

I've only seen one Oyster Roadster... and then, only in traffic from a distance.

Jediracer had one at the Falll '09 TOD, and I recall the standard gray interior.

The few Oyster Gold roadsters I've seen had white interiors. They were sharp looking!

My next door neighbor's wife has one. I just asked and he thinks the interior is black or dark gray, certainly not cedar/tan.

Thankfully they wised up and quite using the white steering wheel. My car has the Cedar/Slate combo. The red steering wheel is it's weak link. I'm still kicking around the idea of doing a black wheel with maybe a Cedar section on top and Cedar stitching. Anybody know where I might get this done?

I found a MEAN looking ergonomic sport steering wheel built specifically for the Crossfire. I thought about doing this exact thing, keeping the cedar center and having a slate surround. They do have the cedar though if you want to keep the factory look.

Problem is, it's in Germany. 390 Euros (plus the shipping)

There is one at Town and Country Ford in Bessamer Ala. It is an 08 limited roadster with less than 3,000 miles. It is an auto stick with gray interior. Good luck!!

Thanks everyone for the replies. I found one about an hour and a half from home. Gold with gray interior. Less than 10,000 miles. It is a 2006. It has always been garaged, has never seen snow, and the owner has all service records. Picking it up in the morning.

I uploaded some pictures to my gallery today. I can not figure out how to attach them to these replies. Would someone please pm me the procedure? I used that darn search feature but it wasn't any help. Thanks Ron

Very nice...

Will that dealer sticker peel off without damage to the paint? Heat gun or hairdryer may help.

I think we will just take the Roadster to Wildwood. I was going to take it to Woodward but the weather doesn't look that great for going topless and the coupe has more room for luggage. Local car lot said they can remove that dealer decal. He uses some sort of heat gun, says it won't hurt the paint.

I just bought a 2008 Oyster Gold Convertible with all black interior. To me this interior color is best. I've seen the "pink" color as you mentioned, but is seems like the black interior color just blends really well with the exterior.
