Default Headlight Lens Replacement

My 2005 Crossfire Roadster was in an accident and the repair folks say they can't find a lens for my left front headlamp. Any suggestions?

Ouch! That's an expensive piece to break!
I would say Ebay but I didn't see any.
Maybe someone here has one.

Well the main reson they can't find the lens you speak of is because it has never been available. The entire light assembly must be purchased and they are very expensive and getting more so all the time. E-bay has always been a good bet so you need to keep checking there. If you can't find one in the next couple weeks get back with me I may know of one but as i said it isn't cheap so prefer it if you try to find one elsewhere first.

Thanks Mike,

You're right; we had to buy the whole assembly. We found one in PA, but by the time the repair shop got to them, it was gone for $1,000. Shortly after that we found another one at a yard where it had just come in and got it for $289. Apparently they didn't know the market. As much as these cars have depreciated (I can't believe the lousy resale prices) it may be better to sell it off piece by piece if I ever decide to get rid of it.

Walt
