Cigarette Lighter Fuse

Does anyone know where the fuse for the cigarette lighter is located?

Fuse #31 It's a blue 15amp located in the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Before I asked the question I had checked the engine compartment
fuse box, that is a confusing spaghetti network. I saw the five blue
15 amp and one 20amp fuses, they all were fine.

So my problem lies somewhere else.

My lighter only has power when the car is on. It sucks for when I need my phone charged
