Default Three (3) Chirps While Driving...???

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas as this happened a few times while driving normally.

Tht top is up and I'm driving in a normal manner and I'll hear three (3) chirps (beeps) for no reason.

I'll eyeball the dash and console for indicators (as best I can while speeding along), but don't see anything obvious.

I drive with my arm resting on the console, so I thought that maybe I was hitting the Top up/down button, but when I test this therory while moving, I don't hear anything.

I don't have an OBDII reader, but might need to check codes, if someone doesn't give me some suggestions on what's going on...

Any ideas welcomed...Thanx...

Can you still open the top up ok? Is the divider in the back positioned correctly? The three beeps from my experience is something with the top.

It's kinda chilly in the NY area lately, but the top works just fine (the last time I tried it).

The trunk partition is in it's normal down position, as it should be with the top up.

The cars at the dealer right now, they are fixing the valve cover oil leak issue (under warranty).

When I mentioned the beeps to the Chrysler Service guy, he said when the rear spoiler goes up in auto mode, it would beep when fully extended.

Or if I hit the Top up/down button if I'm moving greater than 10 MPH, that will also cause the beeps.

As soon as a car dealer opens his mouth, it reminds me of that old lawyer joke:

How do you know when a lawyer is lying...???

His lips are moving...

That's the first thing that comes to mind. Sorry!

I believe that is the depreciation warning. I could be wrong, however

I tried this while moving way above 10 mph with the Top up, but I don't get no stinking beeps.

Also the Dealer response that the spoiler will beep on Auto up once fully extended, I think is a bunch of crap. Was highway driving today with the spoiler moving on its own with no noise.
