Question Just bought 2005 Roadster

Does anyone know which is the best way to store indoors for an extended time ( 1-3 weeks ) :
1. with top up
2. with top down

1. Top up

I have read If left down it will show severe creases and wrinkles when put back up.

Actually, it is best to store it with the top up, but without being latched. Storing it with the top latched will cause the fabric to stretch over time and become less snug.

I store mine with the top up (and latched) for the winter. It sits in the garage, top down, for weeks at a time. There are some small creases on the top just behind the side windows from the folds, but I can live with them and they disappear after a few days of top up. I personally believe the alternative, running the top down/up repeatedly, puts more wear and tear on the cables and motors. BTW, welcome to the forum and XF ownership.
