I'll admit it doesn't stop all the wind because it doesn't cover the headrest, but I don't consider it a big joke.

My XF roadster did not come with one so I bought the WindBlox model for $88. It is made out of Lexon and does what it is suppose to do. At least my wife likes it on better than off, and that is the important part.

Been looking at these and trying to figure out how exactly they mount.. Can someone point me to that information?

Thanks

Looks like it is attached to the umbrella fittings on the front face of the bulkhead, there may me some attachment to the roll bars but I cannot see them.
Looks like it would not work too well.

I have a WindBlox. It attaches by velcro strips to the roll bars. It cuts the wind coming from behind by maybe 50 per cent. The taller you are the less it helps. I can listen to the radio with the Windblox and hear it clearly. I couldn't do that before.

WindRestrictor® Custom Windscreen, Laser Etched Illuminated Windscreens, High Quality Wind Deflectors

This style mounts, as 180 says, using the 2 "umbrella holder" screws on the bulkhead between the seats.

BTW-$66 is one heckuva' deal-grab it!

The post previous to yours by larryg36 mounts to the rollbars with 4 black nylon or clear plastic ( optional ) straps. I have one exactly like that.

( Chrysler Crossfire Windscreen Windblocker Wind Deflector )

These are good people to deal with, I had originally ordered mine with just 2 clear straps, and it would vibrate pretty good at speed, I called them and they sent me 4 more FREE clear straps.

You can barely see them in Larry's photos, but there are straps from slots in the wind block that go around the roll bars. Mine has 4 of them and I used clear plastic feeties to keep the plastic away from the metal, then tightened down the straps.
