Rare XF color
I thought someone here might be interested in seeing this ad for a yellow SRT6 roadster. It seems to me that this guy went through a lot of trouble to get this car converted and now he selling it after only driving it for 400miles. Just so he can build a red one! Seems like a waste of $$ to me just for color. Maybe he enjoys doing it?? Each to his own, I guess. Yellow is a lovely color onthe crossie and often, forno apparent reason, commands more of an asking price.
But,
I would not pay $7K over value for yellow.
Red, Maybe.
After all,,,,,Red is one of the fastest colors

I recall seeing pics on this forum of that conversion a year or two ago. Look here: https://www.crossfireforum.org/galle...y.php/cat/1646

As for yellow, a neighbor was selling his recently. I don't know what they were asking and not sure what it sold for. I am not a fan of yellow but it seems to command a high price. I know it is rare and only a few were made but I still don't understand what the appeal is.
As you know, Chrylser never made a red crossfire. When I say red I mean a bright candy apple red. A few years ago I saw one for sale on ebay. They took a crossfire and painted it a bright candy apple red. Looked good but I still prefer black.

Who'd pay that much for a car and donor car and not get the parts he never used but says you are still paying for, poor sales write up.
Maybe I could not count up to seven without slipping up, but Chrysler and eBay spelled and penned wrongly?
Once again you are correct Franc!
