adding a universal remote to a roadster
can it be done?? my 2005 base roadster came without the universal garage remore. I see them for sale but it does not appear this can easily be added. Has anyone done this? Thanks this is a great place to learn.

Have you checked to see if the plug end is part of your wiring harness? Appears a rear view mirror with Homelink has been installed in an SE base.

So it appears Homelink was a feature of the limited and not the base. I think anything can be done, but this is probably not worth the effort and if it was me I would just use my garage door opener.
