Default Bluetooth Headset

I searched for info on this but I only found a thread that was last updated in 2008 and I know a lot has changed since then. So what bluetooth headset do you have and how does it work in a roadster.

I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro and with the windows up, I have to cup my ear to get rid of the buffeting (windscreen ordered to stop this) and it seems to work good but I am not crazy of the fit in my ear.
