does the wind deflector that mounts behind the seat make a more enjoyable ride?/

You can find a good directory of windscreen vendors at http://www.windscreenreview.net/wind...crossfire.html

I've been using the windblox screen and its working out great for me.

I just bought a windblox based off of what the forum said, it should be here the 1st, pretty excited to see how it works at high speeds!

Just don't expect THIS, as the ad shows. ( Not quite THAT good )

I like mine from Windrestrictor.com, but a mesh one would provide better wind buffering.

I made a wind deflector with etched logo. Here's the tutorial if anyone wants to give it a go. Admittedly I cheated a little since the mount is actually from a retail deflector so you have to figure that part out yourself. It shouldn't be too hard, I think. Enjoy.

I like my oem deflector but it honestly does not work all that well, probably best when the windows are also up. It is also a magnet for drops if you are caught in the rain.

I have a plexiglas deflector. It works ok, but don't believe the video one of the sites has that's selling them. It just doesn't reduce the buffeting like they show. Although it does diminish it somewhat. The deflector does reduce the backflow into the compartment.

That's a pretty good job! But, really hard work if you're using sandblasting! We now use laser etching...It tends to be a little more precise and a LOT less messy. We understand some of you like to do DYI projects. However, we've been at this for quite some time now and would love to be considered in your conversation!
