Default Golf Clubs

I'm thinking not a chance but do golf clubs fit in the trunk of a Roadster. Maybe one set?

They may fit, but you will NEVER get them in there, the opening size versus depth of the cavity would seem, to me, to not allow it. I can't even get my trekking pole in there without collapsing it.

Try behind the seat, worked for this guy.

Strangely enough when my first car was delivered to the dealer in 2004 the salesmen said the car was no good unless the clubs fitted in the trunk. So they tried it and they did fit, the drivers had to be taken out of the bag and loaded separately though.
My wife worked there at the time, the car sat around for a year and a bit until they reduced the price and my wife insisted we buy it.

Its a deal breaker for my wife if clubs don't fit. I had a BMW Z3 that we could get clubs in, same deal, take out drivers and it worked. Top up only however.

I forgot to make clear my car (2004) was not a roadster.

Ok, big difference. I figured they would fit in a coupe somehow but I want the Roadster. Might be a deal breaker, no CF. Back to something else, really want a Roadster.

Easy, find a roadster and fit your clubs.

Mine do not....I repeat, they do not fit in the trunk unless you pull them from the bag and put them in first. They just ride up front with me, after all they are my friends

If you really love golf and your xfire roadster, here's what you do...

I take my clubs out of the bag and lay them down diagonally in the far back section of the trunk - heads furthest in & handles toward the front (everything but the driver & fairway woods) Then I pull the divider down over the clubs so I can still drop the top.

Next I stow the empty bag in the space left with the divider set up. Its a tight fit but it works. Shoes fit in over the bag.

The driver & fairway wood are in the front. I put the heads in the foot area and the handles between the seat and the door.

So yes they do fit... sort of!

I hate to be a richard dandelion, but if your going golfing it's probably not raining...put the top down and set your clubs in the front seat.

Have you ever had a golf club head cover catch a little too much air? My driver almost left the vehicle on the highway. That's why I always pack them away. Also, if I stop on the way going or coming, I don't like my clubs out and on display. But to each his or her own.

I play twice a week and they ride up front with me. They fit fine with top up or down. I too was not going to buy this car unless my golf clubs would fit up front with me.

Golf clubs will fit in the passenger foot well and seat of a coupe or roadster - my hockey sticks go there - and are easily accessible to beat the crap out of anyone who dings your XF. Just put handles up and they won't "catch air".

I guess gold clubs will fit in the trunk, top down, if you are 4 feet tall.

When I take the roadster to hockey, the hockey bag and sticks go in the passenger side. SRT6, bag in trunk.
