radio woes
Re: radio woes
my son-in-law just happens to be this business of car electronics and when I ran it by him as to my radio woes, he suggested I remove it pack it up and and send it to him to bench test. Turns out nothing was wrong with the radio so he suggested I disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes, re-install the radio then try it again. .... Bingo, this thing is now working perfectly again. Go figure !.

Re: radio woes
Yea, but a new $85-$150 head unit would sound SO much better than that factory one.
I'm on Crossfire #3, Id never replaced the radio before, but this car's radio died on the way home. I put an $85 JVC head in there from BestBuy and was amazed at what I'd been missing. Also, I have all my music on a thumb drive that plugs into the head - I listen to what I like now.
