Default Push Button on top handle

Anyone have their button on the handle that turns to let top down, pop out. It looks like a clip came off. It is not broke, but I think a clip came off of the button. Somehow it popped outt

The 05 roadster we just got has the button but it doesn't seem to do anything. Also when the handle is in the folded up locked position it doesn't center in the recess. It favors the driver side, bugs me.

Only the early 2005 roadsters had the button to release the top. I think they had the button on roadsters built up to mid October of 2004.
