I paid that exact amount £26,600 for an automatic roadster but wanted a 05 so I could get a CR05 plate.

My wife bought it for me for xmas the plate that is not the car.My surname is Cross so I get a double whamy.

I know what you mean by buying on impulse I have been waiting 6 weeks now and count every day as a day nearer to getting my car

How much was your insurance ? I had 2 quotes £650 and £690 if you can beat that I would love to get a quote from your insurer.

Here's a little update:

I've had the car for a couple of days now and I love it! The auto box is a delight. The car is smooth measured and sensible when left in Auto mode, but when you overide the box using the stick shift - WOW.

Looking forward to getting the roof down now.
