Luggage Arrival
Just wanted to let everyone know that I picked up my Roadster last Weds. night and the luggage arrived at my home today. Very quick I thought. This might have had something to do with the car being a factory order, so theoretically they had 8-10 weeks to get it ready for shipping and just await being advised by the dealer that the car was delivered. Perhaps if you go in to a dealer and buy a car off the lot it requires more time to set the luggage shipment in motion. Just thought I'd let everyone know how long its currently taking.
Well I guess then that the dealers or Company providing the service have finally gotten their act together. When I first started reading this forum it seemed it was taking much longer than 1-2 weeks. It happens to be some pretty nice luggage. Nice touch!
I was surprised to get mine too, until I was told that was what the "touring gear" was on my sticker. These salesmen don't know squat about these cars because he didn't know what that was when I bought it. I(being a uninformed consumer) actually thought it was something mechanical on the car that made driving more enjoyable.
O.K. you can stop laughing now!
