I purchased a box of spare parts from the former owner of a 2006 Gray Roadser Limited. Included in what I purchased was an OEM spare SKREEM with the VIN on the packaging label. The seller confirmed it was purchased through Needswings when they were selling new factory SKREEMS.

I believe the car was resold through a used car dealer in Kentucky in June/July of 2021. The car is a six speed manual that had just under 30,000 miles on it. This SKREEM is only of value to VIN 1C3AN65L56X068620 car owner. It will not work for any other car. As factory spares/replacements like this are no longer available from the dealers I expect the new owner would like to get it.
