Location of the gas filter ?

Smile Location of the gas filter ?

Please, where is the gas filter located on 2006 Roadster ? And is it something that I can
change without too much difficulty ... thanks

It is located along with the pump under the body just in front of the passenger rear wheel under a removable plastic cover.
Yes you can change it, although unless you have some hose clamp-off pliers you will lose some fuel.
Also get a half dozen or so of the small screw type hose clamps before you start.



to relieve fuel pressure :




This fuse : ( the blue one next to the yellow one )

Thanks Ala_xfire for the info as to where the filter is located. I've seen the diagram but nothing was said exactly about WHERE the filter is actually located. Huge help!

The filter is located under the body just in front of the passenger side rear wheel under the black plastic cover along with the pump and the charcoal canister.
