It isn't, the code is lacking on these cars. Someone said it can be found on the body under the rear bumper cover.

When you back into someone an get out to look, you say, "Aww I scratched my bumper". Your wrong...you scratched your bumper cover...

There is a PDF of the paint guide for Mopar cars in this thread, the paint code is there. There are not that many colours the Crossfire came in each year, so it is easy to figure it out.
It is easy enough to find and simpler than taking the bumper cover off.
