Default 2005 Crossfire Roadster

I see a Crossfire Convertible Silver for sale. What does the Silver mean?

There were a HANDFUL made, I mean just a few, with an exterior in silver.

Since you titled this thread as a 2005 Chrysler Roadster, you're probably looking at a Sapphire Silver Blue (SSB) roadster. That color existed in 2005 on the roadster models and from a distance, looks to be a silver hue. But up close, you'll see a very slight hint of light blue in the paint. These are really good looking cars!

Starting in 2006, Chrysler came out with a pure silver color, usually listed as Bright Silver metallic; sometimes referred to as Iridium Silver. These cars are striking and, as pizzaguy stated earlier, were not produced in high volume. LHD Roadster versions were the following: 2006 = 3 (WOW!!!); 2007 = 195; 2008 = 139. Cars are sort of rare!
