Default Top problems

Top started to operate only about halfway. Used Pizzaguy information to manually raise and lower top and realized I had a leak on one of the cylinders. Ordered all cylinders and latches from Top Hydraulics (a great company to deal with) and replace all of them. At this point the top did nothing, the red light flashed on the operating switch. Had Chrysler test and determined the tonneau cover latch was not working properly. Top Hydraulic replaced with another one. Installed and top operation was normal. Left the dealership and a short time later I would get the warning tone. It was not the beep beep beep like you get with the seat belt unlatched or emergency brake on and you start to move. It was a tone that lasted about 4-5 seconds then go away. It was very weak sounding and would vary some in tone lenght. It would do it both with top up or down. Does not do it if you are not moving. Did not have time to go back to dealer at that time. Any ideals?
