Smile Custom car cover question

Hi all, going to pick up my 2005 Roadster Limited today and I'm so excited. Haven't had a ME vehicle since my early 20's. Goodbye soccer mom mini vans and SUVS. Anyway, I am going to order a new custom cover from California Car Covers. I admit I don't know a lot about cars and learning so much on these forums. My question is, is the antenna on this model the type you unscrew in order to put the cover on?
Thank you in advance!!

The cover will come with a 2 piece plastic grommet. You cut a hole in the cover and snap the grommet into place. The grommet/hole goes over the antenna so it is outside the cover.

Or, you could unscrew the antenna and eliminate the hole/grommet. It works well, though. I've had my cover with the hole/grommet for 10+ years with no issues.

I had a 2005 for 11 years and I just unscrew the antenna to take off for winter storage and screw back on in the spring.

Good to know the antenna can be unscrewed. I never knew that. I have a cover without a grommet and I never listen to AM or FM anyway.
