Rear Center Brake Light Bar

Does anyone know if the bulbs in the center brake light bar can be replaced? I have a couple that are not working, but most of them are still good.

The CHMSL uses LEDs not bulbs, someone here did fix something on it. There are companies that repair them as well.
The problems seem to arise because of circuit board problems, but you have to cut into the back to get to the problem. As I said it has been done here.
