Default Trunk Bump Stops

Does anyone know the part number or where I can purchase the 2 trunk lid bump stops that are on the right and left side of the trunk lid? Mine are totally disintegrated and crumbled to pieces. They are either a plastic or hard rubber.

Mine needed replaced on one of the cars and I took a sample to a body supply warehouse near me that has a huge array of fasteners and plastic parts. They fixed me up with a really close match, not a perfect match but the threads screwed right into the hole. The main difference was that the top of the bumper was hex shaped, not circular. Guy told me they were for a Chevy pickup, he did not say what years.

I think he meant the ones on the side of the hatch that are screwed in.
