Default Divider stuck

I have looked everywhere but I have seen no threads regarding a stuck trunk divider stuck in place. Having problems with my top refusing to close properly. Tried the10mm fix for tonneau which did nothing but losing two 10mm wrenches down the slot. Bought the Mercedes tool for manual using the and went to work. I needed the divider to fold down to reach the top and tonneau cover to release to sallow access to to the top mechanism. Even though I tried all the hydraulics I tried to pry the back divider open and it would not open but then heard a clunk which I would guess sounded much like one of my wrenches fallings down but still can not budge the divider. . Any ideas how to unlock the divider. Thanks

This is confusing. If you can't open the tonneau cover how are you trying to open the divider inside? It just lifts up and pulls back to fold. Have you watched the videos, by pizzaguy, on U-tube, on how to manually operate the top?

I have opened many times with no problem. Very simple but this time it will not budge.

If you are talking about the tonneau cover, one of the wrenches may be stuck in there.

If you can disengage one side, the other bracket make have broke trapping the shaft check it out don't force it until you can see the problem
