They replaced my broken matte colored cup holder with the glossy one. what do i do...i don't want to be a cheap pain in the *** or be without my car for another 2 days while my car gets a tan in their service lot. what to do???

 

funny you say that... my car goes in wednesday to remove the mismatched replacement they put in my car (now matte)... they are now replacing it with the correct '04 gloss.

take it back in ... for the correct matched finish.

 

have the dealer order it first then have them call you when its in so you can make an appointment to have it done in one day. its not that hard to remove the upper plate to replace the cup holder. since there the ones who put on the wrong part, they should take of it. and mention CSI to them that you would not want to send them back a bad survey. all dealerships depend on that CSI number. hope this helps, kevin
